Apartment 1 (6 + 2) is located on the first floor and has three rooms with double beds, and each room has access to a balcony.
It also has two bathrooms, one with sink, toilet, bidet, bathtub and washing machine, and the other with sink, toilet, bidet and shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed suitable for two people, LCD-TV and a dining table with chairs. From the living room it is possible to go out to the balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding forest.
The kitchen is equipped with: stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, kitchen utensils and dishwasher.
Villa Mandalena also provides free internet connection, SAT-TV and weekly linen.
Apartment 2 (4 + 2) is located on the ground floor and is suitable for up to 6 people.
It consists of two rooms with double beds. The south room has access to a spacious terrace where you can enjoy the fresh air. The apartment also has a bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower.
In the living room there is a sofa bed suitable for two people, LCD-TV and a dining table with chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with: stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer and kitchenware.
Villa Mandalena also provides free internet connection, SAT-TV and weekly linen.
Surrounded by greenery, at the back of the house is a freshwater pool measuring approx. 24 m2.
The pool is available from 1.5.-1.10. depending on meteorological conditions. When you are tired of swimming, relax on the deck chairs and enjoy the sun.
In the yard there is a fireplace that offers the possibility of preparing delicious delicacies outdoors, with a calm and relaxed atmosphere.
And for our youngest guests, for families with children, also in the courtyard of Villa Mandalena, there is a children’s corner, with a slide and swing, where your children will really enjoy and have fun.

The villa itself spreads over 280m2 on 2 floors, and contains a total of two newly renovated apartments, of which AP 1 (6 + 2) is located on the first floor while AP 2 (4 + 2) is located on the ground floor. Both apartments have a separate entrance and are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and internet connection.
Guests can enjoy a spacious 500 m2 garden with a private 4×8 meter pool surrounded by sun loungers. The villa contains private parking for 4 cars, and allows pets.

The old town of Buzet is located on a 150 m high hill above the fertile valley through which the river Mirna flows, while the newer part of the town, the so-called Fountain, develops at the foot of the hill.
Buzet is also called the city of truffles because it is located in the zone where the most expensive underground mushroom grows.
The area is very diverse, from 100 meters to over 1000 meters above sea level. Climate differences also result from this. While in the valley of the river Mirna the mild Mediterranean climate prevails, in the mountainous part of Ćićarija the continental, mountain climate prevails.
The area of Ćićarija, the so-called The “roof of Istria”, with its wooded landscapes, beautiful lawns and pastures, can provide a pleasant holiday, especially in the summer months, and lovers of winter joys and winter.
Buzet, together with its surroundings, known as Buzet, covers an area of 165 km with only about 6,000 inhabitants. Buzet region means the area of the town of Buzet and all villages and hamlets around Roč, Hum, Vrh, Račišće, Sovinjak.
In the Buzet area you can really find a lot of activities to supplement your vacation. Buzet has been inhabited since ancient times and abounds in historical monuments, but also interesting historical stories and myths. After visiting local sights and nearby picnic areas, you can have fun paragliding, hang-gliding or speleology, in organized groups or individually.
Due to the climate and climate, all activities are available throughout the year. You can tour the Buzet area on a mountain bike with a local cycling club, and in nearby Roč you will find a riding camp that provides adequate conditions for both beginners and advanced riders.
Hiking trails provide conditions for quality trekking, the mountaineering association offers recreation on trails that vary from 4 to 200 km, and the area is also popular for free rock climbing.
For those who want cultural and enogastronomic tourism, Buzet offers plenty of events and sightseeing tours. At your disposal are wine roads, olive oil roads, brandy festival or temptation and education on extracting the most precious mushroom that this area abounds in – truffles. Buzet Truffle Days are an ideal opportunity to taste various delicacies or the world’s largest truffle frittata.
In the valley of the river Mirna, along the edge of the Motovun forest, health tourism has developed in the spa Istarske toplice, with sulfur water, thermal and mud baths used to treat rheumatic diseases and the endocrine system.

The famous Istrian fuži are pasta made from eggs, flour and water. They are ideal with truffle sauce and “alla bianko” a simple topping of olive oil and herbs. Wild Istrian asparagus is a special delicacy of Istria that we recommend to every gourmet during your summer vacation on the Adriatic.
